- How do I write a Ro & Steve Review?

- From the home page or Read/Write Review tab in top navigation, search for the community or agency you would like to review.
- On the community or agency’s page, click Leave a Review. You will need to register an account to do so.

- If you have forgotten the password for your Ro & Steve account, you can click here to go to our password reset page – just enter your email address and a new password will be sent to you.
- How can I change my password once I’ve logged in to my account?
- If you are already logged in to your account, you can click here to update your password.

- Why do I need to register before adding a Community/Agency review?
- Registering a Ro & Steve account allows us to ensure all reviews in the community are authentic and legitimate. Additionally, having an account allows you to edit your review at any time.
- What do you do with the information you collect during registration?
- Once we have received the information you provided to us during registration, it gets stored in our database. Your screen name is visible along with your review on the Review page, but your email address is never disclosed. We do not sell, lease, rent or license your information to anyone. We may, however, disclose your identity if we feel it is necessary to protect our business or to satisfy any law, regulation, government request or private subpoena.
- If I’m having trouble getting attention from my Community/Agency, can Ro & Steve help?
- No. Ro & Steve is a review site and does not mediate disputes or resolve conflicts.
- Does your site have Pop-Up Ads or SpyWare?
- No. Ro & Steve is committed to providing the best user experience possible, and that includes making sure that our site is free from harmful or offensive content.
- Who can write a review?
- Anyone who has first hand experience with the Community/Agency being reviewed, and is not currently affiliated with a Community/Agency, or has not worked for any Community/Agency in the past 5 years can write a review. Other examples of persons not permitted to write a review include spouses and immediate family members of Community/Agency employees. Please see our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines for more information.
- What happens if someone affiliated with a Community/Agency writes a review?
- If Ro & Steve determines that someone affiliated with a Community/Agency has written a review, the review will be removed, and both the reviewer and Community/Agency will be notified of the violation of our policies. In instances of continued fraudulent review activity, Ro & Steve may, in its sole discretion, place a note on the Community/Agency’s review page notifying readers that the Community/Agency has not complied with Ro & Steve’s Terms of Use. The Community/Agency is also subject to being placed on probation for six months, and during this period, a Community/Agency is not eligible to engage with the Ro & Steve community.
- Does Ro & Steve censor reviews?
- We urge you to use proper language that is suitable for the general public. An articulate review enhances a reviewer’s credibility much more than the use of profanity. Ro & Steve may, in its sole discretion, edit or remove a review if the review was not submitted in accordance with the rules of our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
- Who can respond to reviews?
- The author of the review can always respond. If the Community/Agency has claimed their page, they can respond as well.
- What can a Community/Agency write in a public response to a review?
- A Community/Agency’s response is subject to our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
- I am a Senior Living Community or Care Agency, what services does Ro & Steve offer for me?

- Can a reviewer edit a review after submission?
- Yes, a reviewer can edit their review at any time.
- How does a reviewer edit a review after submission?
- When the review is live on the site, go to the review (through your profile or from the community/agency profile page) and click edit.
